What level of support is there for Certified Partners at the Business Coach Academy?
We offer a high level of support at the Business Coach Academy. There are multiple different ways that you can receive support and contact our team members.
Comprehensive training programme
First of all, you have the training program that is all laid out with audio files and transcripts. It also has a search function, so any time you have a question you can search through the course and it will scan through the entire programme, as well as all our past Q&A calls to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Just there alone you have a massively valuable tool that you can get an immediate answer from.
Q&A Videos
Whenever we have a new question we create new videos, and transcripts to add into the system.
Facebook Community
If you do have a question that is very specific for you, or that you haven’t been able to find the answer to, you can always post it to the Facebook group. You will usually get a response from one of the other members within minutes. Founders Zander Woodford Smith, and Pam Featherstone, as well as other members of The Business Coach Academy team also check up on the group every weekday. Often you will get an answer from one of our team members within a few hours depending on when you post.
Live Q&A Calls
Then we have the actual live Q&A calls that you can show up to, and you can ask your question live. We can dive in your query and support you through whatever you are struggling with or unsure of. We also offer additional training and tips during these live calls to further assist our coaches.
1-1 Coaching Calls
As a member, you also have a certain amount of 1-1 calls throughout the year with either Pam or Zander, depending on your membership level. You can also ask for additional 1-1 support calls if you need them, for a discounted fee.
Ticket System
We also have a ticket system behind the scenes that you can ask questions through. This is good if you want to use something private that is away from the community.
Community Challenges
Throughout the year there are also 30-day challenges that we offer, where we go through all the course content as a group. You can then work through the information as part of a group and support each other along the way. Zander, Pam and the rest of the team will also be there to guide you through these challenges. This is a great way to really involve yourself with the Business Coach Academy community.
